Our phone rings here in Scottsdale, Arizona USA, you will NOT be reaching a call-center in India or elsewhere.  We are on Mountain Standard Time, which is GMT -7 ALL YEAR LONG. Arizona does not observe daylight-savings time. So if you are calling from the US East Coast, we are 2 or 3 hours behind you, depending upon the time of year. Please take this into account when you call because it may be working time where you are, but it may not be here.

For those of you with WAY TOO MANY email accounts, you need to identify yourself in the body of your email if we have corresponded with you before but you don't remember which email account you used.  This happens a lot more than you think.  So don't be bashful and identify yourself fully in your emails.
