You may notice that the License Field is greyed out during the 30-day trial period. After you purchase Backup for Workgroups, we will send you instructions on how to activate the License Field to enter your License Number. No re-installation is necessary and all configurations and settings will remain intact.
You should purchase a Client License for each Windows server, desktop or laptop you wish to backup.
If you are backing up an Exchange Server, we recommend that you purchase (1) Client License AND (1) Exchange Message Restore Add-on so you can restore individual email messages in the future.
Quantity discounts: The more you order, the less the price per Client. Volume discounts are applicable at time of order and do not span across multiple orders.
If you are ordering more than 1 Client License, we will send you just 1 License key that supports X number of Clients in which X is the number you enter in the Quantity field. If you want your Client Licenses "split" into separate keys, please email your request to Sales@Lockstep.com and indicate how you would like your licenses split-up.
NOTE - 20% restocking fee applies to any returns. BFW is available for a 30-day evaluation, and we encourage you to determine if the software fits your needs during the free evaluation.
